How to Measure Your Dog for Dog Clothing
Our leisure coats and jackets are made with adjustable neck and waist closures to fit a wide range of body types. Because of this, the size you choose depends mainly on the length of your dog. To establish your dog's length, measure the dog's backbone from the base of the head to the base of the tail. (This is from the base of where the collar rests to where the tail is attached.) If the length of your dog does not match one of our sizes, choose the size closest to the measurement. If you have any questions, please call or email. We're happy to help.
Jackets are designed for a sleeker, more traditional fit: XSmall - 8", Small - 10", Medium - 12", Large - 14", XLarge - 16"
Leisure Coats are designed to flow around the body and to be worn shorter from neck to tail than a more traditional jacket: XSmall - 7 ½", Small - 9 ½", Medium - 12", Large - 14 ½"
Sales Tax
You only have to pay sales tax if your billing address is located in the State of California. You are subject to a 7.25% sales tax, as required by state law.
Our Shipping Policy
sWAGger ships to street addresses via UPS Ground within the United States. For international orders, delivery to a post office box, or express delivery, please e-mail us at info@swaggerdog.com for shipping rates and delivery time before you place your order. The shipping rate is calculated upon checkout. After processing, orders will be shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Merchandise usually ships within 2-3 business days.

Our Return Policy
sWAGger is committed to providing the best products and service to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to assist you with a timely refund or exchange accompanied by a return authorization number. However, products must be shipped back to sWAGger within 14 days from the date the order was shipped to you. For mailing instructions and an authorization number, please contact us via e-mail at info@swaggerdog.com or call 415-377-3049. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Once we receive the merchandise accompanied by a return authorization number, we will promptly make an exchange, or a refund will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have been charged. For merchandise refund or exchange, items must be in new/unused condition in original packaging with tags attached.
